Amna Humaid Al Sharaa, CEO & owner of Al Sharaa Real Estate, is a multifaceted Emirati managing her own businesses. As an independent woman, Ms. Amna single-handedly built Al Sharaa Real Estate and developed other businesses with trusted partners. She left a high-ranking position at ADNOC to pursue her dreams.
Ms. Amna consistently prioritizes trust, loyalty, and honesty. Her vision is to expand businesses globally and regionally, aspiring for her company to be a trusted one-stop destination providing hassle-free services. She aims to create a thriving environment for life's prosperity and luxury.
After completing her bachelor’s degree, she joined ADNOC and held various positions, including Dept. Manager for Northern Emirates (managing Petrol station operations), Customer Experience Dept.
Manager in Abu Dhabi, and Smart Card Solutions Dept. Manager in the Northern Emirates. Since 2014, she joined as a Board Member at the Emirates Businesswomen Council and has been a Board Member at the Sharjah Businesswomen Council since 2008.

Meet Ms. Fatima, our accomplished Sales Manager at Al Sharaa. Reporting directly to our CEO, she oversees a dynamic sales department. Fluent in Arabic, English, and French. Renowned for her innovation, sales, and CRM expertise, she joined us in October 2023, contributing significantly to our continued success in real estate. Ms. Fatima holds a bachelor's degree. She also takes care of office operations and is well- known for her calm and relaxed demeanour.
Mr. Ahmed Salah, Sales Manager
Meet Mr. Ahmed Salah, our adept Sales Manager at Al Sharaa. Reporting directly to our CEO, he boasts an impressive career dating back to 2008, specializing as a Technical and Property Specialist. Mr. Salah excels in innovative strategies and is recognized as a Lead conversion Expert. His expertise extends to client and customer engagement, enhancing our service delivery. Fluent in Arabic and English, Mr. Salah joined our esteemed team in October 2023, significantly contributing to our leadership in the real estate industry.
Hamza Ihsan, Data Analyst and Accounts Officer
Meet Mr. Hamza Ihsan, our versatile Data and Business Analyst, also serving as an Accounts Officer, manages tasks spanning Accounts, graphic content creation and Business Analysis, reporting directly to the CEO. With a bachelor’s degree and a Gold Medal Distinction, Mr. Ihsan specializes in Data Analysis and Business Intelligence, excelling as a Power BI expert with four years of experience. Proficient in English, Urdu, Punjabi, and Pashto, he joined our team on December 25, 2023,.
Jessa, Admin Assistant
Introducing Jessa, our dedicated Receptionist cum Admin Assistant at Al Sharaa Properties. Reporting to Ms. Fatima Zohra, Jessa specializes in administrative tasks, excelling in areas such as Data Entry and document control and additional administrative tasks with the fluency in English and Tagalog, Jessa joined our team on November 25, 2023, contributing her organizational skills and efficiency to ensure smooth administrative operations at Al Sharaa Properties.
