▪ All purchases must be made in Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED), regardless of the currency
mentioned in advertisements, unless otherwise instructed or approved by the company in
other currencies.
▪ Due to currency fluctuations, the amounts stated in advertisements in currencies other than
AED may change at the time of signing the Property Agreement. The agreement will only be
considered valid if we approve the amount and its currency, in accordance with UAE laws.
▪ Contact our Sales Centre to confirm the purchase price in AED.▪ Purchases are subject to a separate Property Agreement with its terms and conditions and
amounts due shall be listed and payable in AED, unless otherwise instructed or approved by
