Job description Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated
and experienced individual to join our team as a sales Manager. This role
involves spearheading the establishment of our new company business, including
setting up all operational aspects, and taking charge of identifying, listing,
and closing deals to drive the company's growth and success. The ideal
candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication
skills, and a proven track record in Dubai in business development and deal
closing.
Responsibilities:
Business Establishment:
1. Lead the setup of the new company
business, including establishing operational procedures, workflows, and
protocols.
2. Collaborate with management to
develop business strategies, goals, and objectives for the company's growth and
expansion.
3. Oversee the recruitment and
training of additional staff as necessary to support business operations.
Market Research and Analysis:
1. Conduct comprehensive market
research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive
landscapes.
2. Analyze market data to develop
targeted marketing and sales strategies to maximize business opportunities.
3. Analyze competitors and find
ways in which to provide USPs.
Deal Identification and
Listing:
1. Proactively identify and
pursue opportunities to list properties or secure contracts for the company's
services.
2. Build and maintain a robust
network of clients, industry contacts, and referral sources to generate leads
and listings.
3. Utilize various channels such
as networking events, social media, and cold calling to expand the company's
client base.
Client Relationship
Management:
4. Cultivate strong relationships
with clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and objectives.
5. Provide exceptional customer
service and personalized assistance to clients throughout the buying or selling
process.
6. Act as a trusted advisor,
offering expert guidance and advice to clients to facilitate successful
transactions.
Deal Closing:
1. Negotiate terms and conditions
of contracts, agreements, and transactions to ensure favourable outcomes for
the company and its clients.
2. Close deals efficiently and
effectively, adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.
3. Work closely with legal and
financial teams to finalize contracts and facilitate smooth transaction
closings.
Requirements:
1. bachelor’s degree in business
administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
2. Proven experience in business
development, sales, or real estate, with a minimum of 5 years UAE or standard
market experience.
3. Strong negotiation skills with
a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
4. Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Ability to work independently
and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft
Office Suite and CRM software.
7. Real estate license or
relevant certifications preferred.
8. Entrepreneurial mindset with a
drive for success and results-oriented approach.
